Cindy attended Brock University in St. Catharines where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree (with distinction) in Political Science/Administrative Studies in 1990. Cindy received her Bachelor of Laws degree in 1993 from the University of Windsor and was called to the Bar in 1995.
In 1995, Cindy was one of three Ontario lawyers who received the Harold G. Fox Education Fund Scholarship. She spent one year as a barrister's pupil at Middle Temple, Inns of Court in London, England.
Cindy's practice involves civil litigation including all aspects of insurance law, personal injury, occupier's liability, professional negligence and municipal liability, as well as employment and commercial litigation. Cindy is certified as an arbitrator by the Arbitration and Mediation Institute of Ontario.
Cindy is a member of the Waterloo and Ontario Bar Associations, the Arbitration & Mediation Institute of Ontario and the International Association of Arson Investigators. She is currently working towards her designation as a Certified Risk Manager.
Cindy resides in Baden with her husband and stepson. In her spare time, Cindy enjoys golfing, canoeing and gardening.
